These Terms and Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern the access to and use of the Thunder Trader platform (the \u201cPlatform\u201d) and its Performance Arena programs.\nBy creating an account, accessing the Platform, or participating in any Performance Arena cycle, the user (\u201cParticipant\u201d) agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.\nIf you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

2. Nature of the Service<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Thunder Trader provides a skill-based trading performance evaluation service.\nThe Platform does not provide:<\/p>

  • investment services<\/p><\/li>

  • portfolio management<\/p><\/li>

  • brokerage services<\/p><\/li>

  • financial advice<\/p><\/li>

  • access to real trading capital\u2028<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    All trading activity within the Performance Arena takes place in a simulated (demo) environment.\nThunder Trader is not a prop firm and does not offer funded accounts.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    3. Definition of Performance Arena<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    The Performance Arena is a structured performance-based program in which Participants:<\/p>

    • operate in a simulated trading environment<\/p><\/li>

    • are evaluated based on predefined performance criteria<\/p><\/li>

    • are ranked according to their results<\/p><\/li>

    • may receive performance-based compensation depending on their final ranking<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      The Performance Arena is not a game of chance, a lottery, or a gambling activity.\u2028 Results are determined exclusively by trading performance.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

      • have legal capacity under their local laws<\/p><\/li>

      • provide accurate and complete registration information<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
